Tried every Head & Shoulders, even some random store brands. All I got was flakes the next day and an itchy scalp. Threw them in the bin and finally switched to this — my scalp actually feels normal.

Used every anti‑dandruff shampoo under the sun — Head & Shoulders, Selsun Blue, T‑Gel — all gave me flakes the next day. Felt like no matter how often I washed, my scalp just freaked out. This actually calmed the itch and 3 weeks in I’m not scraping flakes off my shoulders every time I take a shirt off

Dandruff shampoo after shampoo did nothing. Used some 2 % zinc ones for months and still had oil and flakes every couple days. Once I switched to something with salicylic type actives and wasn’t harsh, my scalp actually stayed calmer. No more itching the second day

I thought it was just dry skin at first, I washed every other day but it kept coming back. Tried too many shampoos that just made my scalp itchy and stripped. This actually calmed the itch and the flakes are way smaller now — feels like my scalp isn’t freaking out after every wash.

Can only speak from personal experience but with still getting mild flakes using basically every product you can think of this has worked very well. The Reset shampoo despite being pricey seems to work better than the other big names like Teegel etc for me. Reset Shampoo and using Seb skincare once my hair has dried has been the best combination of products I have used.

I literally thought my dandruff was just dry scalp and kept using random shampoos that made it way worse. Even washing more didn’t help — itch would start again the next day. Switched and finally feel like my scalp isn’t overcompensating after every wash.

I always felt like my head was greasy even right after washing, and the flakes just never stopped. Swapping brands that just strip for something that actually felt like it treated my scalp made a big difference. I don’t have to check my shoulders anymore after every shirt change.

I have almost black hair and it turned it reddish, it didn't turn it red but I wasn't expecting that either, very good product!

Used this as soon as i got it, the spikes are flexible but not too soft, great for a head massage while shampooing

The handle part was snapped on arrival, but that doesn't matter too much.

It's softer and rubberier than i expected. But a very reasonable price to find that out by.

A pretty good shampoo, I don't know if it prevents hair loss, but the hair looks great. The container is quite small.
